Books
1. Catalyst by Laurie Halse Anderson

2. Prom by Laurie Halse Anderson
3. Blackbird House by Alice Hoffman

4. The Collected Stories of Eudora Welty
As you can tell, I’ve become quite the devoted Laurie Halse Anderson fan. I’ve already completed Prom and I finished Catalyst this morning. Next week, I tackle her latest novel Twisted. I never thought I’d say this about any author, but I wish she wrote longer novels because her writing is so good that I’m reading through them too quickly. I’m already nearing the end of her complete works…
Blackbird House is scheduled for this evening’s pre-bedtime read.
I also picked up the following movies:
(I’ve already seen this 3 times but I want my brother to see it. Thanks to me, my brother is the most cinematically educated 16 year old you’ll ever meet. He’s well versed in silent film, foreign film, film noir, you name it).

2. Double Indemnity (This is also a re-watch).

3. Spartacus
